Bank Churn Analysis

I developed this comprehensive Customer Churn dashboard in Power BI to identify and visualize factors contributing to customer attrition. By using DAX for cohort analysis and calculated KPIs (like Exit Customers by Credit Type), I created an interactive report providing clear insights into high-risk segments (as seen in the ). This analysis allows the marketing team to quickly understand and target retention efforts, aiming to reduce the monthly churn rate by addressing key exit patterns.
